This class is designed for women to feel comfortable within their own bodies and do things that men do as well! A lot of women are intimidated of lifting heavy or doing certain movements because they feel they will get “bulky” (whatever that means). Throughout our own personal class time, you will each learn different techniques as well as information that men just don’t understand when it comes to the female anatomy!
